I noticed this today whilst in the Chatswood Chase shopping centre.
Not news, but I hadn’t seen a confirmation of this before (see SMH article). I wonder if Chatswood is big enough for two stores.

Was in Chatswood Chase today. I took a peek thru a door left ajar.
The store has no fittings or shelving etc. There was building materials everywhere. I saw no builders or tradespeople inside.
I reckon opening of this store is months away
